Chinese Freemason Association

Circa. 1963.  Kwan Tak Hing (Wong Fei Hong) was a guest of honor
shown in this photo (second row, second left of lion).  Among Lam Sifu's
distinguished students were Wong Baklim, Mark Gin Foon, Chin Ho Dun,
Louie Jack Man, Harry Wong.  His personal disciples criss crossed from
Lam Sifu's various Associations, although, it was a kind of taboo.

This photograph was given to me circa 1990 by Harry Wong, shown right.  He
was a Chinese Mason and studied in NYC under Lam Sang Sifu.  About 60 yrs old
at the time, he had a small Chinese grocery store near the ocean in San Francisco.
I would often visit to learn and exhange with him.  His enthusiasm for 'Monkey' Lam Sang
never waned.  At that time, the Chinese Freemason Association on Mott St.
in NYC was the only other place I had seen this photograph displayed.
I gave this photo to a couple of people and since it has been widely
circulated.
